This website functions as a digital showcase, portfolio, and builder's bench for Dina Custom Shop guitars, restorations, and custom builds. We do not process payments, operate a shopping cart, or complete financial transactions directly on this site.
Any purchase of an available guitar or gear is completed exclusively through third-party platforms, primarily our official Reverb storefront (reverb.com/shop/dina-custom-shop) or authorized platforms such as Sweetwater Gear Exchange. When you follow a link to purchase an instrument on Reverb, you are subject to the terms of service, privacy policy, buyer protections, and payment terms of that platform.
We strive to keep our Available and Sold listings accurate, but inventory changes frequently. An instrument displayed as available on this site may have sold or be pending sale on Reverb before the site is rebuilt. Final pricing, applicable taxes, and shipping rates are determined solely at checkout on the selling platform.
Hand-Built Instruments and Builder's Guarantee
Dina Custom Shop guitars are bespoke, hand-assembled, modified, or restored instruments. Minor cosmetic variations, finish relicing, hand-worked nuances, or individual grain patterns are intentional characteristics of custom lutherie and are documented transparently in our builder's notes.
We stand behind our craftsmanship, fretwork, wiring, and assembly 100%. If you acquire an instrument and experience an issue with workmanship or setup, please reach out to us directly so we can make it right.
String action, neck relief, and intonation are subject to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and shipping movement. Routine adjustments required due to climate shifts or personal player preferences after delivery are the responsibility of the owner.
Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property
All original content on this website—including the Dina Custom Shop name, script logo, visual design, custom guitar specifications, builder's notes, blog posts, original video demonstrations, and high-resolution photographs—is the property of Dina Custom Shop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not scrape, copy, republish, or commercialize shop media without prior written consent.

Use of the AI Guitar Chat Assistant
The site features an automated AI chat assistant ("Ask the Shop") designed to answer questions about guitar specifications, setup, tonewoods, and shop inventory.

If you request builder follow-up and provide your email, you consent to our review of the conversation transcript to address your inquiry. Visitors agree not to abuse the chat assistant, attempt prompt injection, flood the service, or transmit offensive or unlawful prompts. Automated rate limits and session timeouts are enforced.
Comments, Inquiries, and User Submissions
Visitors may submit comments on bench builds or send inquiries through our contact forms. When submitting content, you agree not to submit defamatory, abusive, infringing, obscene, or unlawful material, or unsolicited commercial advertising and spam.
